Shipping / Return Policy
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
- If a "pre-order" item is purchased with another item that is currently in stock, both items will ship together when the pre-order arrives in stock. If you would prefer they ship separately, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please email us so that we can assist you with filing a claim and/or help you to locate your package.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to initiate a return to us. We will respond to you within 48 business hours with details on how to return your item(s). We have included some of those details below.
Items purchased may be returned to us for a refund if received back to us within 14 days of its original arrival to you. If you received free shipping on your order, then we will subtract the exact shipping cost from your total return amount. If you would prefer a store credit, then you will not be held responsible for shipping costs.
All items purchased from us must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke or any other similar stains or smells with be refused. You will be held responsible for the returned shipping costs.
All Final Sale items are just that - Final Sale. They can't be returned or exchanged for any reason.
We don't anticipate this happening, but if you receive defective merchandise, please contact us ASAP (within 3 business days of receipt) so we can correct the issue.
We also can not guarantee that they exact item will still be available, which is why store credit or refund is an option. Please pay attention to size charts and written details on sizing as we don't want you to be disappointed.
